About a year and a half ago I was told I have high cholesterol and so I started making all the changes, cutting out meat and reducing my dairy to non-fat (and organic) options whenever possible. I had considered switching to all soy until a coworker told me she had read an article that mentioned the cons of a high soy diet. I'm so glad she did!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
